Product review – Walltastic
Walltastic is the next generation of designer murals for children. With a fantastic range of unique, exciting and highly detailed 3d computer generated murals to choose from, ranging from tots to teens, there is something to suit all age ranges. Easy to put up in 12 simple strips, wallpaper has never looked so good. There are a choice of two ranges – the classic and the licenced. The Classic range contains murals such as farmyard fun, space adventure, sea adventure, football crazy and horses and pony stables to name but a few.
There are 13 murals to choose from in the classic range. The licensed range includes Dora the explora, scooby doo, Spiderman, In the Night Garden. There are 10 murals to choose from in this range. The rrp is £34.99 for each mural.
Each mural comes in 12 strips which makes it easy to put up. The overall size of each mural is 8ft x 10ft.
We had the Dinosaur Land Mural to review from the Classic Range which was an instant hit with my six and four year olds. Initially we put the mural up using bluetack, mainly so we could find the right location for it and to see if it needed to be trimmed to size and then used wallpaper paste.
The process was easy to follow and each strip was easy to line up, although it does help having two people when lining it up. Once up the effect is fantastic, the mural has really livened up the boys bedroom. The graphics are vibrant, lively and colourful and the boys have had lots of fun trying to name each of the many dinosaurs on the mural. This has been a huge hit and really provided a talking point.
This is well worth the money and as walltastic has so many great murals to choose from deciding which one you want is the biggest problem.
