Walkers – Hoops and Crosses Review

Last weekend we received a cheeky parcel from Walkers containing a pack of their new Hoops and Crosses Crisps and a cheeky monkey.

The children were immediately taken with the monkey and wanted to play with him.  Ultimately it was Erin who spent ages playing with the monkey.   We were sent a packet of Roast Beef flavoured Hoops and Crosses to try and Rowan was quick to try them with his brothers.  I shared the bag out between the children so that they could all try them to save arguments over the one bag.  Okay so I may have also tried one or two and have to admit I found them quite moreish!  The boys certainly enjoyed them and they all asked for more.  So I guess Walkers Roast Beef Hoops and Crosses are a resounding hit here.

Walkers Hoops and Crosses are available in 3 flavours: Roast Beef, Salt and Vinegar and prawn cocktail.  All of which are suitable for vegetarians and each bag contains 85 calories.  They are made from Wholegrains and have no artificial flavourings or preservatives in them.

They would be perfect for after school snacking or for putting in luc’s packed lunch.  I think I would quite happily snack on them too.  I have this week gone in search of  the hoops and crosses locally but so far have been unsuccessful. I will keep an eye out though as we would love to try the other two flavours.

Monkey has continued to get up to mischief with the children since he arrived and has taken it in turns playing with each of the children.  Thank you walkers for our monkey.
