Country Kids – Coastal Farm Park

Yesterday the sun came out for the second day running. Wanting to make the most of the glorious weather my sister rang to ask if we fancied a walk somewhere in the afternoon. I’m always keen to get the children outdoors at every possible opportunity so quickly agreed. After a bit of a think I decided the weather was perfect for a trip to Cardigan Island Farm Park which is a five minute car journey from us.

We walked along the coastal path at the farm park down to the Seal watching point where we were lucky enough to see a Seal.  Then we enjoyed a leisurely walk back to the visitor centre enjoying  the views of the coast line. The boys enjoyed feeding the pony’s, goats and pigs before ice cream and burning off energy in the outdoor play area.

I’m joining in this weeks Country Kids Meme which is run by Coombe Mill,  why not pop over and have a look at the other outdoor adventures.

How wonderful to have a farm park like that just 5 minures from you and right on the coast there! It was a wonderful day yesterday, glad you got to make the most of it. Thank you for linking up:D
