Most of you will be aware that the boys are huge Scooby-Doo fans, so when Warner Bros kindly sent them the new Scooby-Doo movie “Mask of the Blue Falcon” they were thrilled. So one wet day after school the boys and I settled down to indulge our Scooby-Doo addiction.
This brand new for 2013 dvd brings all the mayhem and mystery that we all love Scooby-Doo for. This dvd also includes a ultraviolet copy that you can download to your portable device meaning you can enjoy Scooby-Doo where ever you like.
So what is Scooby-Doo the Mask of the Blue Falcon? well here’s a little bit about the film:
“The Mega Mondo Pop Cartoon-a Con in sunny California marks the spot for mystery in this all-new original Scooby-Doo adventure! Herculoids, Frankenstein Jr. and Space Ghost are just a few of the celebrated comic book characters headlining at the unconventional convention, plus there’s a megabucks movie premier starring Scooby-Doo and Shaggy’s all-time favourite super heroes, Blue Falcon and Dynomutt! So when the gruesome villain Mr.Hyde unleashes monster bats, howling hounds and sinister slime upon the festivities, it’s time for Mystery Incorporated to follow the clues and set their monster traps. It wasn’t long before the boys were howling with laughter and hiding behind cushions as this fun packed mystery unfolded. Rowan did find it a little scary in places but refused not to watch, so opted instead for having a cushion to hide behind when he wanted. The older two were gripped throughout and when the dvd finished said it was one of the best Scooby-Doo films they’d seen, high praise indeed from them. So I’m pretty sure this dvd will be watched over and over again along with their other Scooby-Doo films and proving that Scooby-Doo has yet more fun filled mysteries in the offering even after all these years.
Scooby-Doo Mask of the Blue Falcon is available to buy at all good dvd retailers both on line and in store including amazon where it retails for £9.99. The dvd running time is approximately 73 minutes and also includes some bonus vintage cartoon for your enjoyment. The extra cartoons are: The Scooby Coupe, Comic Book Caper and Reflections in a Ghoulish Eye. So even more Scooby-Doo action for your money.
