Over the last eight months or so Erin has become a huge fan of Doc McStuffins. So when she was sent some Doc McStuffins Light up Shoes recently to try, she was so excited. She squeeled with delight as soon as she saw them and followed me around until I opened the box for her.
Then for the rest of the day she insisted on wearing them everywhere! I’m surprised she took them off for bed that first night.
The Doc McStuffin Light-up Doctor Shoes from Flair, are made from glitter jelly material and have a motion activated light on both shoes. They have a flower pattern on front of the shoes and each shoe has a Pink heart each featuring a picture of Doc McStuffin, Lambie and Stuffy emblem. It’s this emblem that flashes with motion. The Shoes are backless so more like a clog style shoe and suitable for children aged 3 years plus.
Although they say the shoes are suitable from three years plus I would say they are too big for a three year old. Erin is currently in a size 7 shoe and the shoes were huge on her although this hasn’t stopped her using and enjoying them. But she obviously can’t run in them as they would slip off and she could hurt herself as a result.
Erin is really taken with the flashing lights on the shoes and spends ages activating them, she’s even picking them up to make them go off when she’s not wearing them! Erin has also been wearing the Doc McStuffin Light-up Doctor Shoes when playing with her other Doc McStuffin toys.
I can certainly see these shoes being a firm favourite for a long time to come, which is probably the only good thing about them being big on her at the moment. The Doc McStuffins Light-Up Doctors Shoes retail at around £14.99 but I know that they are currently on offer at retailers including Argos for £9.99. So if you have a Doc McStuffins fan why not grab a bargain, you can find them here
