This Friday, 25th September 2015 M&S stores across the UK will be hosting coffee mornings in aid of MacMillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning. Shoppers will be invited to enjoy a cup of coffee and a slice of cake all in aid of the charity.
This is the 6th year that M&S has supported the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning and during this time they have raised over 4 million pounds for MacMillan.
From the beginning of September M&S have a variety of tasty treats available to buy in their foodhalls and 10% of each purchase is going to MacMillan. This include a limited edition World’s Biggest Coffee Morning 25th Anniversary Biscuit Tin, a delicious MacMillan Victoria Sponge Sandwich and M&S’s famous Colin the Caterpillar Cake. All M&S cafes will also be donating 5p from every cup of coffee and slice of cake sold during September.
There is also a lovely apron, mugs and tea towels available too from selected homeware departments and they too will have 10% going to MacMillan. British designer Sophie Conran has designed two bespoke Coffee Morning Badges which will be on sale in M&S Foodhalls and Cafes with a suggested donation of £2 each. The badges both feature a coffee morning recipe from Sophie herself.
So why not pop along to your nearest M&S this Friday and support MacMillan.
