This week I’ve been spending some time looking at new bedroom furniture for myself and dad of 3’s bedroom. I know we’re a little way off from making a start on our room but there’s no harm in planning ahead now is there! I’ve also been getting to grips with Polyvore a website that allows you to make boards with fashion, interiors and beauty products so thought it would be perfect for helping me have furniture I like in one place.
With four children and hectic lives I would love our room to be somewhere that both myself and dad of 3 can relax and unwind in at the end of the day. We really need a new bed so I thought I would start there. I love french furniture so thought I would start by looking at French inspired pieces. I very quickly came across this lovely bed over on amazon.com, it looks so comfortable yet very classic.

While looking around the internet I came across a lovely website called Out there interiors. They have some gorgeous pieces at really good prices. I quickly spotted they had a section dedicated to French furniture, which you can find here and spent a good hour playing around with items adding them to my board along with the bed I had found to see how they looked together. I really enjoyed mixing and matching and adding different pieces until I found pieces that worked together and would also help create the relaxing bedroom space I long for. I can’t wait to be able to actually make a start on our room now having found all these gorgeous pieces of furniture.
The next thing to look for it bedding and rugs and all those little touches that make a space your own. Polyvore has also helped me find my inner interior designer which I think could get both addictive and expensive! What would your ideal bedroom space look like? relaxing like mine or something completely different?
