Vet Squad brings animal rescue to your home

For the last year Erin has been telling us she wants to be a vet when she’s older. She loves nothing more than spending time with our pets and watching animal programmes on tv. So when I got the chance to take a look at the new Vet Squad range I thought they would be perfect for Erin.

Ava, Yara, Emily and Robin are four friends who are the Vet Squad. The four friends are always ready to head off and rescue animals in need. Each of the girls have their very own vet squad backpack which holds everything they need to help the animals.

We were sent the Vet and Pet sets which each contain one the vets, a pet and their backpacks along with two accessories which clip to the side of their backpacks. There are four Vet and Pet sets to collect. The detail on each of the vets and backpacks are great and each vets backpack is different as they all have their own specialism.

We were also sent the Vet Squad and Rescue Vehicle sets, they are Rescue Reef – Emily’s Speedboat, Forest Rescue – Ava’s Quadbike and Helicpoter Air Adventure – Robin’s Helicopter. There is also a Safari Expedition – Yara’s 4 x 4 set available. Each of these sets contains a Vet and her rescue Vehicle, animal and rescue kit. With the Air Advenure and Forest Rescue the rescue kit is like a trunk/case which also fits in the vehicle.

Erin has spent the last week since the Vet Squad products playing with them at every opportunity. She loves the fact that when you use warm water on the animals injurys they get better. Every now and then she comes to find me to show me that shes helped make the animals better. The Vet Squad sets have really enhanced her ambition to become a vet too which is great.

Vet Squad has also partnered with the Charity Sea Life Trust which is an amazing charity. The Sea Life Trust work to protect marine life and the oceans as well as helping with rehabilitation of marine animals and sea creatures. From every Vet Squad Set sold a donation is made to the amazing charity to help them continue their work and support their two marine animal sancturies. Their santuries are the Cornish Seal Sanctuary and the Beluga Whale Sanctury in Iceland.

The Vet Squad products are priced between £3.99 and £16.99 which I think is a fantastic price. I think they are a lovely range and will bring endless hours of play. They would make perfect gifts for any animal loving youngster and in the process you will be supporting an amazing charity.

Erin has enjoyed playing with the Vet Squad so much its fueled her love for animals even more. She’s been spending lots of time looking at animal clipart which she has been using for lots of craft projects. This is one of the cute animal clipart she found.
