I first made it the older boys had their weekly football training and it was perfect for warming them up when they got home. The boys enjoyed the Chili too and I have since made it again at their request. Instead of boiled rice you could also serve it with a jacket potatoe. If you like very hot food like dad of 3 you could add some more of the Heinz Hot Sauce – Chipotle and Garlic to your taste. I loved the Fiery Chili Con Carne, a great dish for the autumn/winter nights.
The Second dish we tried was Simple Spicy Stir Fry with Heinz Hot Sauce – Yellow Habanero.
Ingredients: serves 2- 250g roast pork, cut into lardons
- 3 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 red chili, finely sliced
- 1 carrot, peeled and finely grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 10ml Heinz Hot Sauce-Yellow Habanero
Heat the wok on a high heat and add the oil.
Add all the vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes
Add the pork lardons and stir-fry for 1 minute
Add noodles to the wok and toss well over a high heat
Take off the heat and stir through Heinz Hot Sauce – Yellow Habanero
