Many of you will already know that Rowan is Batman mad at present. He can spot a Batman themed product at 50 paces! and drives us all potty. So when Joker’s Masquerade asked if we would like to review a costume from their range we knew exactly what to choose.
However when went to look on the website www.joke.co.uk we were amazed at the choice of Batman costumes available for children, maybe this wasn’t going to be an easy choice after all. By using the filter on the left hand side of the website we were able to narrow down the options but there were still 7 to choose from. After a good hour and asking Rowan which one he would like to choose we opted for the child muscle chest Batman super hero costume
priced at £19.49. The costume consists of a mask, jumpsuit which has attached boot tops and belt and a cape. You can also add black gloves to the outfit for an additional £2.99 and completes the look. We got it in a size 2-3 as Rowan is small for his age.
The costume took two working to arrive and Rowan quite literally had to put it on straight away. He looks so adorable in the costume, don’t you think?
He became such a little poser, striking those Batman poses! Rowan was thrilled with the costume and since it arrived has worn it at every opportunity.
Rowan is small for his age, I am glad we opted for the 2-3 years costume as it was ample big enough for him. The cape is slightly longer than the jumper suit but it does not cause a problem when he is running, jumping and walking around. I would say the costumes are generously sized making them comfortable to wear. The Batman costume is very well made and looks like it will withstand a lot of taking off and on. Rowan has now mastered being able to put the jumpsuit on and off independently which is great as he wants to wear it a lot.
