Review – Enchanted Forest and Friends clothing

Enchanted Forest and Friends is a delightful range of clothes and accessories for children under five.  The husband and wife team behind the range have strived to create clothing that inspires adventures, fun, creativity and learning while getting outdoors.  They have created a range of magical animals that are featured on their clothing and are known as the friends and inspired by their own children.

The friends are five forest friends who live in the Enchanted Forest and meet to have fun together.  They are Zed Fox, Miss Bun Bun, Bertie Blue Tit, Sirrel Squirrel and Humbellina bumblebee.

Recently Enchanted Forest and Friends won a Gold Award from Loved by Parents for the Best Travel Accessory for their lovely backpacks.  So we were thrilled when Erin was sent a pair of Enchanted Forest’s Wellington’s and a Pink Zipped hooded top to try.

IMG_5298IMG_5299When we initially received the items we were experiencing some rather hot and sunny weather, which meant we had no opportunity to try the items out.  However this last week has seen so much rain Erin has finally been able to get out and splash in puddles and I was able to get some pictures!

I love the bright yellow wellies, they’re so cherry and standout which with young children can be a bonus, especially if they wonder off!   Interestingly Erin wasn’t too taken with them to start with and said she didn’t like the colour however she quickly spotted the Forest Friends in the logo and quickly put them on!  The Wellington’s cost £10.99 which is a good price.  They are available in sizes 8 to 12 in children’s sizes.

The girls pink all over print zipped hooded top features all the forest friends and is simply adorable.  It’s warm and would be great all year round.  Erin loved the fact it was covered in the animals and it’s been a struggle to get her to take the top off this week, especially due to the slightly chilly feel we’re experiencing.   We were sent the top in a size 2-3 and I think it’s quite a generous fit.  The top is also available in sizes from 18 months – 2 year through to 4-5 years and costs £14.99.  The top washes well and so far hasn’t bobbled or colour faded.  Which is a plus in my book as I love the bright pink and so does Erin.

enchanted forestWith more rain in the forecast this coming week I’m sure Erin will get more use out of these lovely items.  They will certainly brighten up our adventures.

You can find both the yellow Wellington and the pink all over print zipped hooded top over on Enchanted Forest and Friends, you can also find Enchanted Forest and Friends over on Twitter here so why not pop over and meet the Forest Friends and see the other products they have.
